We provide a range of freight forwarding services, including Air freight, Sea freight, Prep & Send, Procurement Services and Pick-Ups.

 

Q: How can I get a quote for your services?

You can request a quote by filling out our Quote Request Form or alternatively by contacting us directly via phone or email. We will require details of your shipment, such as the type of goods, mode, weight and dimensions.

 

Q: What sort or type of packages do you send?

We send envelopes, satchels, boxes, pallets, drums, crates and containers.

 

Q: What sort of items are you able to send through your Prep & Send Services?

We can send anything from small to bulky items. Household goods, electronics, car parts, clothing and food items. Our sea freight services is perfect for bulky items with our air freight services being perfect for time critical items.

 

Q. Do you have other locations available for drop offs?

Certainly, we are able to accommodate your request. You can choose to have your items delivered to our secondary location in Carlingford, 2118 through a scheduled appointment. Alternatively, we can arrange for a hassle-free pick up of your consignment directly from your door for a small fee.

 

Q: How do I pay for your services?

We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card, Western Union, or PayPal. Fiji customers can pay in FJD through our online payment portal or Cash upon pick up.

 

Q: Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes, we occasionally offer discounts or promotions for new or existing customers. Please contact us for more information on any current promotions.

 

Q: How long does it take for my shipment to arrive?

The transit time for your shipment depends on several factors, including the mode of transportation, weather, customs clearance and adhoc procedures. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time when we provide you with a quote.

 

Q: What happens if there is a delay or problem with my shipment?

We will do our best to minimize any delays or problems with your shipment. If there is an issue, we will notify you immediately. We will also keep you updated on the status of your shipment throughout the transport process.
