Q: What sort or type of packages do you send?
We send envelopes, satchels, boxes, pallets, drums, crates and containers.
Q: What sort of items are you able to send through your Prep & Send Services?
We can send anything from small to bulky items. Household goods, electronics, car parts, clothing and food items. Our sea freight services is perfect for bulky items with our air freight services being perfect for time critical items.
Q: Where can I drop off my goods?
We have secure receiving locations in Sydney and Brisbane. Please note: A booking confirmation and reference number are required before arrival. All drop-offs are by appointment only.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, PayID, and Credit/Debit cards. For added convenience, our Fiji-based customers can pay in FJD via our online payment portal or in cash at the time of pick-up.
Q: Can I get a discount on my shipment?
We regularly offer special rates for new customers and multi-item shipments. The best way to save is to [Get a Quote]—our team will automatically apply any active promotions or volume discounts to your pricing to ensure you get the best value.
Q: How long does it take for my shipment to arrive?
Your arrival time depends on the service and origin you choose:

Air Freight (ex Sydney): 5–7 days from cargo cut-off.

Sea Freight (ex Brisbane): 3 weeks from departure (includes clearance & handling).

Sea Freight (ex Sydney/Melbourne): 4–5 weeks from departure (includes clearance & handling).
Please note: While we provide firm estimates with every quote, actual transit times can be influenced by weather, port congestion, or customs procedures.

While we strive for on-time delivery, international shipping can occasionally be affected by weather or port congestion. In the event of a delay, our team acts as your advocate, working closely with carriers to resolve issues quickly. We provide proactive updates and maintain full transparency so you are always informed of your shipment’s status.
