Drop-off Locations & Procedures

To ensure a seamless experience, all drop-offs require a confirmed booking, photo of items and a scheduled appointment prior to arrival.

 

Labelling Requirements

To avoid processing delays, all items must be clearly labelled before arrival with:

  • Receiver Details: Full name and contact information.

  • Reference Number: The unique identifier provided to you at the time of booking.

 

Sydney Locations

 

PFL Warehouse (Weekday Deliveries)

  • Address: 102 Airds Road, Minto, NSW 2566

  • Access: Entry via Huntsmore Road

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm

 

South Pacific Foods Shop (Weekend Deliveries)

  • Address: Unit 20/157 Airds Rd, Leumeah, NSW 2560

  • Hours: Saturday & Sunday

    • Morning Session: 9:00 am – 11:00 am

    • Afternoon Session: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Interstate Locations

Specific street addresses for interstate hubs will be provided immediately following your booking confirmation.
