1. Air Freight Operations Please be advised that all international Air Freight services are centralized and operated exclusively out of our Sydney (SYD) hub.

Canberra (ACT) Bookings: All shipments originating from the ACT or surrounding regions will be securely transported to our Sydney facility for processing, customs clearance, and international departure.
Regional (NSW) - All shipments will be securely transported to our Sydney facility for processing, customs clearance, and international departure.

2. Sea Freight Schedules - Melbourne & Brisbane

Vessel schedules, including Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) and "Cut-off Dates" for cargo delivery, are not fixed and will be confirmed upon formal booking.
All sea freight is subject to carrier availability and port congestion. We provide the most current vessel windows at the time of your quote/booking to ensure accurate planning for your supply chain.
